Marketers and small business owners who are looking for cost-effective ways to reach wider audiences are using PosterMyWall to send out beautiful emails that engage readers and increase sales. How to create an email campaign on PosterMyWall

1- From the navigation bar

  • Hover over Templates and browse the Emails menu
  • Choose a type or theme and select a template
  • Customize your template 
  • Click Publish on the top right-hand corner
  • Add your mailing list, a subject line and preview your email 
  • Send your email campaign

2- Using the sidebar: 

  • In the My Stuff sidebar, click My emails
  • Click New email or New campaign to explore email templates
  • Customize your template
  • Preview and send your email to your mailing list 

3- Directly from saved email campaigns

If you’re a PosterMyWall Premium subscriber and have an email campaign saved in your drafts, you can publish it directly from My Stuff. 

  • Go to your saved email templates in your saved email campaigns
  • Click on three dots under the campaign 
  • Click Publish 
  • Fill in all relevant details
  • Send the email to your mailing list

4- Sending a design from My Stuff as an email

  • Pick a saved design from My designs
  • Click the 3 dotted button under your design to open a menu
  • Click Publish
  • Select Email Campaign
  • Fill in the relevant details
  • Review and send

Once you’re done, add the details for the email campaign i.e. email subject, preview text, link on design. Add a description for your email campaign under “Text Content”. 

Click Next: Verify Email button. Check your email and verify it. Now you will be asked to enter your postal address and postal code (this is only asked the first time you send out an email).

Add in your details under the Physical Mailing Address dialogue box i.e. Address Line, City, etc. Click Next: Social Links. Add in your social media links.

Click Next: Mailing List. Under “Create Mailing List”, add mailing list name or email addresses. You can also upload a mailing list by clicking choose a csv. file.

Check the box where it says: “I confirm that all recipients have given their consent to receiving emails from me.”

Click: Next: Review Mailing List.

Click: Next: Review And Send. You can “Preview your email in browser” or “send test mail”. Here are some points to remember while sending out the emails. 

Click Send Email Campaign.

Click Done. 

The campaign will now be sent to recipients.
