You can create and publish your social media posts all from one page. In the PosterMyWall editor, design your social media post, and once done, you can publish it via the white publish button on the top blue panel. Here’s what you have to do:

  • Click ‘Publish’ on the top right of the editor.
  • From the publishing options, select Social Media.
  • Choose the social media platforms where you want to publish your design. You can post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube (Shorts only), and TikTok from PosterMyWall.
  • Make sure that you are logged into your account(s) on the chosen platform, and then click the ‘Connect’ button.
  • Then you’ll be asked for posting permissions on behalf of the social media platform you chose. Social media publishing might not work properly unless all requested permissions are granted.
  • Select the accounts where you want to publish your content. Users with a free account can connect two, while Premium account holders can connect three accounts to PosterMyWall. With a Premium Plus account, you can unlock publishing on unlimited accounts.

At this stage, you can also select more accounts from other social media platforms where you would like to publish your design. Click on the plus icon to add another account.

PosterMyWall’s publishing suite allows you to simultaneously publish your designs to all connected social media accounts.

If you wish to edit your design again before publishing it, you can do so at this stage by clicking on the ‘Edit design’ button given under your design.

Once you have saved the edits to your design (if any) and selected accounts for publishing, click ‘Next’.

  • If you want to publish your post immediately, click ‘Publish’. You can also schedule your post with Premium by clicking the three dots beside the publish button.

You can view your published and scheduled posts in the ‘My social posts’ tab on the My Stuff page and the Content Planner.

Posting on a Facebook Group

Please note, that you can only post on a Facebook group if you are an administrator. You must add the PosterMyWall app to the group’s whitelist before you can post.

This can be done by using the publishing option, selecting the group you’d like to post to, and hitting ‘publish’.  You’ll find a popup similar to what’s shown below:

Click on ‘Apps’ and you’ll be taken to your group settings. Enter ‘PosterMyWall’ into the search bar. The following pop-up will appear when you click on the PosterMyWall icon:

Click ‘Add’. Go back to PosterMyWall’s publisher, and you can post and schedule content for your group.

Publishing on Instagram

You can publish content on your Instagram account via your PosterMyWall account from your laptop, tablet, or mobile. You need an Instagram Business account to publish content via PosterMyWall.

Publishing costs

If you’re not subscribed to PosterMyWall Premium or Premium Plus, you can still publish (and schedule) your designs for free, however, the published design will have a watermark. You can avoid this by purchasing the design in advance or using the ‘pay and publish’ option in the publishing interface.

And that’s everything you need to know about publishing on social media via PosterMyWall. Happy posting!
