How to insert designs in an email

Add captivating designs in your email template and take your marketing to the next level by using PosterMyWall’s all in one Email Maker!

You can insert designs from your My Stuff to your email in just a few steps. Here’s how: 

  1. Click ‘My designs’ from the left menu in the email editor. 
  2. Select your design from pop-up My Stuff menu. Click the blue ‘Select’ button to confirm your selection. 
  3. Your design is now added. 

Making adjustments to uploaded designs

You can make edits to your design by selecting a design. Click the ‘Edit design’ button on the right contextual menu to open an editor page on top of your email editor page. You’ll be able to make adjustments to your design without leaving the email editor page.

Click the ‘Save’ button on the design editor to finalize your changes and go back to the email editor.

You can make additional changes to your design without opening it in the editor. These are:

  1. Lock the design in place. 
  2. Replace the design with another from your My Stuff.
  3. Add a click-through link. 
  4. Copy and/or paste.
  5. Change the design width (to better fit the email).
  6. Adjust opacity, spacing, roundness and spacing.
