How to access draw in the editor

To use draw, open a design in the editor and select ‘Draw’ from the left contextual menu.

This will load draw options in the right menu.

You can choose between three brushes.

  1. Pencil
  2. Circle
  3. Spray
You can try three different brush styles within draw

The brushes have fully customizable color and size options to suit your requirements. You can use the color panel, the color picker, or brand colors to choose your desired colors.

The eraser comes in handy to correct any mistakes you may have made.

Make your designs come alive with draw

While there’s no limit to what you can create with draw, and the uses you can put it to, here are some ideas.

1. Spice up your promotional material using draw

Draw doodles on top of a plain-looking promotional poster or flyer to instantly make it look more dynamic and eye-catching. Here’s the perfect example of how a simple restaurant promotion graphic can be leveled up using draw.

2. Sketch out layout ideas for a design before starting work on it

The ease of the draw tool means you can use it with the editor as a scratchpad to work out rough design ideas. You can sketch out the layout for promotional designs to see how multiple options will look, before actually committing to a single design that works best.

Let your creativity shine through with draw

Since the draw tool is essentially a pen/brush feature, what you achieve with it depends entirely on your creativity and the use you choose to put it to. That said, draw is a great companion for savvy marketers as a tool for enhancing designs or conceptualizing design ideas.

What about you? How will you let your creativity flow with draw? Give it a shot, or try our other new tools.
